I bought this book yesterday for myself for Christmas.

Damn it's lovely! Thick textured matte paper, beautiful artworks. HUGELY thick but not weighty.

I wasn't familiar with the artist or her work before it, so the need to have it was purely primal and delicious.

Cressida's work is complex and decorative, and very very pretty, with so much going on it is easy to get lost in it. I've had a lovely time, and am going to have to hide it somewhere to resist devouring the entire thing before Christmas even comes.

mmmmmmmmm, I'll look her up. cover looks great. You need to look after yourself with a present every now and then. I'm trying to pick up carole katchen, but the only copies seem to be overseas........I'll keep looking over the web .
